My name is Jasmeet Kaur and I am an artist based in San Antonio, Texas. I trained from National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi. I started my career by designing creative interior spaces for residential homes and boutique hotels and offices. I then created Baani Art, an art studio inspired by nature and abstraction using vibrant colors and mediums to provide clients customized artworks to complete their personal space. That was the beginning of my art journey. 

Now my works of art explore history, time, nature, and human connections. You will see extensive, rich colour palettes, varied textures and strong contrast in the colors as well as the content. I love to experiment with different mediums and challenge the boundaries of colors.I hope each piece invites contemplation, reflection, and inspiration!
